  • What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled dog walk. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Period Clients must notify us of any cancellations at least 3-days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled dog walking session. This allows us to add dogs that may be on our waitlist. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within the 3-day period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee A cancellation fee of full service will apply for cancellations made within the specified period. This fee helps compensate for our dog walkers for their time and ensures the availability of our services for other clients. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. This enables us to maintain a reliable and efficient dog walking service for all our clients and furry friends. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
  • Do you walk in the rain?

We do not take any dogs that show ANY signs of aggression. (See our services page for more information.) We treat each dog we walk as if they were our own, aiming to earn your complete trust in caring for your furry friend. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to call us or send an email!
